Detailed description
We've designed and built-up the membrane testing reactors with tortuous path flow spacers, which allows you to investigate on the optimal membrane parameters such as permeability, thickness and porosity. The dimensions depend on the envisioned size of membrane. The spacers are hard against reshaping under pressure, and the thickness can be tailored on the required flow velocity on the membrane surface. The quantity of the spacers however depends on the membrane flux. The tortuous-path-flow design will allow higher flow velocity, and facilitate to clean the membrane surface while it is under operational conditions.
